Despite our massive range of strips on offer we recognise that sometimes a project requires something a little different. We work with our manufacturing partners to design and produce a customised flexible strip to suit your your niche project requirements. Customisations include changing the power consumption, brightness, LED package, LED count, LED configuration, IP protection, voltage, efficiency, FPC and packaging – basically we can manufacture a custom-design strip to meet your exact requirement.

Our standard strips use highly-rated genuine Epistar LED chips and we can produce Epistar certificates as proof : this is important, since it is not uncommon for companies to claim to use Epistar chips when in fact they use cheap low-quality Chinese chips which dim and fail quickly. If required we can customise an LED flexible strip for you using other quality LED chip brands including Nichia, Samsung, Lumileds, Cree, Osram and Bridgelux. We only offer high quality commercial grade strips with a 5 year warranty designed to run 24 a day with minimal lumen decay.  We only offer flexible strips with a minimum 2oz copper FPC but mostly a 3oz copper FPC , purposefully thick to aid with heat dissipation and improved current flow.
